Supply Analyst (SAP/Power BI)

Location: Brasov, Romania; hybrid work arrangement

What you will do

• Validate and update Power BI dashboards and perform savings analysis and reporting in Sievo and ERP systems.
• Execute data checks and updates across SAP, M3 Infor, and other ERP systems.
• Maintain supplier scorecards and support compliance checks and data maintenance in IVALUA.
• Analyze, cleanse, and maintain sourcing and purchasing master data and KPI logic for global teams.
• Collaborate with sourcing, materials, and purchasing teams by providing insights and recommendations.
• Support strategic sourcing initiatives, system integrations, tool rollouts, and process improvement projects.

Requirements

• Strong SAP skills; M3 Infor knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience with Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data validation.
• Experience with Power BI and IVALUA; Sievo experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work effectively across global teams and within a matrix organization.
• English and Romanian are mandatory. A university degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, information systems, or a related field is required.

Nice to have

• M3 Infor, Sievo, or Tableau experience.
• Previous data maintenance or analytics experience in purchasing, supply chain, strategic sourcing, manufacturing, or a similar environment.
