Commercial Insight Manager

Location: Hybrid, three days in the office and two days remote, based in Manchester, London, Bristol, Birmingham, or Belfast, UK

What you will do

• Lead, coach and develop a team of four Insight Specialists.
• Investigate commercial questions, test hypotheses and turn complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Apply customer segmentation, customer value analysis and market intelligence to identify opportunities.
• Measure the impact of strategic initiatives, products and transformation programmes.
• Embed data and insight into planning, commercial decision-making and business processes.
• Partner with Commercial, Sales, CVM, Finance and Strategy teams while presenting clear insights to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial management, insight or analytics.
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking with advanced data literacy.
• Advanced Excel, SQL, PowerPoint and data visualisation skills.
• Experience using data and advanced analytics to support business decisions.
• Ability to present insights to senior and CXO audiences and work effectively in a fast-paced matrix environment.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, GCP, BigQuery or AI/ML.
