Focus on qualifying market potential, executing billing margin initiatives, and building strong supplier relationships.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Charlotte, NC or be able to travel 50%-75% within the territory)

Salary: $81,753 - $110,366 Annually

What you will do

  • Develop new prospects and interact with customers to increase sales revenue and margins.
  • Perform face-to-face selling and account management to meet revenue goals.
  • Qualify accounts, determine market potential, and provide periodic territory sales forecasts.
  • Prospect potential customers via cold calling and referral channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, including joint sales calls.
  • Mentor the sales team and provide quotations in coordination with support teams.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience required
  • Valid Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record required
  • High School Degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Engineering preferred.
  • Ability to travel 50% - 75% to clients and suppliers
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
