Salary: $40,000 - $67,550 USD + Commission

What you will do

  • Strategically manage defined territories to execute sales plans and meet revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Execute daily outbound activity (calls/emails) to ensure pipeline velocity.
  • Conduct needs assessments and present tailored software solutions to retail tax businesses.
  • Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts using CRM data.
  • Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to ensure a seamless post-sale customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant sales experience.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Coppell, TX office on a weekly basis.
  • 2+ years of B2B inside sales or account management experience, preferably in the tax preparer space.
  • Proven track record of carrying a quota and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Experience with consultative sales and delivering client presentations.

Nice to have

  • Deep understanding of retail tax professional workflows.
  • Prior experience in accounting industry or Financial Services SaaS sales.
  • Formal sales training (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger Sales).
