Salary: $108,496.89–$149,183.22 per year

What you will do

• Perform advanced requirements engineering, systems integration, verification and validation, and model-based systems engineering.
• Lead system analysis, decision analysis, technical planning, and technical risk management.
• Develop and assess system architectures, designs, technical baselines, and lifecycle plans.
• Support technical monitoring, trade studies, and system performance tracking across complex development programs.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams to drive project execution.
• Guide and mentor junior and less experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; an advanced relevant degree may substitute for experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in systems engineering or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency with systems modeling and simulation tools and practical knowledge of engineering principles.
• Experience with requirements management, functional requirements analysis, systems design and integration, technical risk management, and V&V principles.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary design and development teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with real-time operating systems, embedded systems, aerospace, and defense programs.
• Experience with DOORS, Cameo, MATLAB, or comparable requirements and systems modeling tools.
• INCOSE ASEP or CSEP certification, Agile methodologies, or Scrum Master certification.
• Experience with baseline management, trade studies, technical performance measurements, BLOS datalinks, SATCOM, or mixed aircraft mission-system architectures.
