What you will do

• Develop and manage system, subsystem, and component-level requirements throughout the program lifecycle.
• Analyze customer and operational needs, develop system architectures, and maintain technical baselines.
• Coordinate the integration of hardware, software, communications, and mission-system components.
• Support system integration, troubleshooting, design reviews, technical interchange meetings, and customer reviews.
• Plan and support verification and validation, test execution, compliance assessments, trade studies, and risk analyses.
• Maintain systems-engineering artifacts, configuration management, change control, technical documentation, and lifecycle transition activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least four years of experience in systems engineering, integration engineering, requirements management, or related technical roles.
• Experience developing, managing, or verifying requirements for complex technical systems and supporting integration, testing, or verification activities.
• Experience with requirements-management tools such as DOORS, Jama, Cameo, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in systems engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience with defense, aerospace, missile, ground vehicle, air defense, command-and-control, or other weapon-system programs.
• Knowledge of the Systems Engineering V lifecycle, Model-Based Systems Engineering, interface management, and DoD acquisition processes.
• Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw, qualification or developmental testing, operational testing, and system verification.
• Active DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance and experience supporting multiple technical efforts simultaneously.
