Salary: $143,000 — $196,900 USD

What you will do

• Own brand partnership campaigns from conceptualization to distribution and paid amplification.
• Build and scale a new creator program, defining tiers, cadence, and budget allocation.
• Source, evaluate, and manage creator or influencer agency partners.
• Partner with Field and Events teams to integrate brand messaging into hospitality and experiential moments.
• Collaborate with Demand Gen and Comms to ensure creator content aligns with business goals and brand voice.
• Measure and report on performance metrics including reach, engagement, and brand impact.

Requirements

• Proven experience running brand partnerships, sponsorships, or influencer programs, ideally in B2B or technology.
• Track record of building or scaling creator programs, including agency management.
• Strong campaign thinking with the ability to plan content, distribution, and measurement holistically.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and turn forming programs into clear operating models.
• Strong relationship management skills for both internal cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
