Location: Hybrid role based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with options for remote or in-office work.

hirify.global is a high-growth SaaS company that provides an intuitive, no-code platform for risk intelligence, operating as part of Kroll.

What you will do

  • Source leads, conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media.
  • Engage in consultative selling to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets by acquiring new accounts within your assigned territory.
  • Develop strategic sales plans and conduct market research.
  • Capture and document sales data using Salesforce and collaborate with the team to progress opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Previous experience managing sales cycles of around 6-12 months.
  • Strong prospecting skills.
  • You know the value of customer loyalty and can effectively anticipate needs.
  • Experience using tools like Salesforce, Zoominfo, LinkedIn SalesNav, and Outreach.

Nice to have

  • Previous knowledge in the governance, risk and compliance (GRC) space.
