TL;DR

Mid-Market Account Executive (SaaS): Driving the full sales cycle for an AI-powered BI platform with an accent on consultative selling and technical value proposition. Focus on generating new business, managing complex purchase decisions for technical buyers, and exceeding quarterly quotas within the mid-market segment.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Hybrid in San Francisco, Remote in Denver or elsewhere in the US).

Compensation: $220,000 – $250,000 OTE.

What you will do

  • Drive the full sales cycle for the BI platform to exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Generate new business through a mix of network-led outbound and inbound qualification.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering to lead POCs and develop robust business value cases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to build pipeline and ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Maintain high visibility for leadership by delivering accurate weekly forecasts.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 2–3+ years of experience exceeding quotas selling SaaS solutions.
  • Proven ability to influence technical and business stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC, 3 Whys, or Sandler.
  • Deep understanding of the modern data stack including BI, analytics, and ETL.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fast-paced, Series A–D environments.
  • Strong strategic problem-solving and prioritization skills.
