What you will do

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client communication and oversight.
• Project manage campaign execution to ensure timelines and requirements are met.
• Analyze campaign reports to provide insights and optimization strategies for clients.
• Collaborate with data scientists to develop narratives and conduct strategic business reviews.
• Onboard new clients and educate them on platform best practices.
• Nurture long-term strategic relationships to ensure clients understand the platform's value.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in account management.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong analytical skills and experience creating client-facing reports with actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Unable to sponsor work visas.
