Associate Account Manager (Foodservice)

What you will do

• Assist with onboarding new clients by gathering required information and coordinating internal resources.
• Maintain and update client order guides, product mappings, and SKU data to ensure accurate ordering and billing.
• Prepare client reports and summarize data insights for account reviews and meetings.
• Monitor and resolve account issues such as pricing discrepancies, missing invoices, and mapping errors.
• Manage client inquiries via email, phone, and Teams, logging all activity in Salesforce.
• Analyze market intelligence, including USDA pricing and weather impacts, to provide insights to clients.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, account support, or a similar role.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel, including data entry and basic formulas.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
