What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison for existing groups to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings across Texas for education and enrollment support.
• Lead renewal discussions, negotiating terms and pricing to balance business goals with client needs.
• Identify potential obstacles to group success and collaborate with internal teams on strategic solutions.
• Manage the resolution of escalated client inquiries and concerns swiftly.

Requirements

• 3+ years of account management experience in health insurance or employee benefits.
• Ability to travel up to 40% across Texas.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong track record of successful account retention and relationship building.
• Current Texas State Health and Life insurance license is preferred.
