What you will do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with a five-day target.
• Prepare GAAP and IFRS-compliant financial statements and executive reporting packages.
• Design and implement robust internal controls and manage external audit requirements.
• Partner with FP&A teams on budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
• Mentor and develop the accounting team while establishing quality standards.
• Drive process improvements, including ERP implementations and accounting automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and internal controls.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks Enterprise.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Nice to have

• CPA, ACCA, or MBA certification.
• Industry experience in SaaS, Professional Services, or Real Estate.
• Experience with financial dashboard tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Background in ERP implementation or M&A integration.
