What you will do

• Translate business objectives into a structured delivery approach: workstreams, milestones, deliverables, ownership, dependencies, and governance.
• Convert evolving architecture and engineering decisions into executable work packages, realistic delivery plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, vendors, and project teams to resolve dependencies, adapt plans, and maintain delivery alignment.
• Maintain integrated project plans and reporting for risks, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, and status updates for leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across network, infrastructure, security, operations, and engineering teams.
• Monitor project financials, resources, capacity planning, and operational readiness; support transition-to-operations activities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project or program management experience in telecom networks, digital infrastructure, or a similar technical environment.
• Experience planning and mobilizing projects where scope/roadmap/solution were still developing (not only executing predefined plans).
• Practical understanding of telecom and network infrastructure to interpret technical designs, identify dependencies, and challenge assumptions.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation, network modernization, cloud migration, or infrastructure deployment programs.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models).
• Experience with risk management, governance reporting, executive-level communications, and steering committee engagement.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe (or equivalent).
