What you will do

• Own multiple concurrent client engagements from kickoff through delivery, ensuring accountability for scope, timeline, and client satisfaction.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for external stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical scope.
• Manage internal delivery via Jira Kanban, coordinating developers and overseeing the resolution of Customer Care tickets.
• Perform financial tracking, including SOW management, budget vs. actuals analysis, and vendor invoice approval.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Technical Account Managers, CS, Sales, Product, and Finance.
• Prepare and present biweekly sprint review updates and rollup reporting for technology leadership.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing client-facing technical delivery in a SaaS or consulting environment.
• Proven ability to manage 15–20 concurrent projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in Jira, Linear, or similar engineering systems like GitLab.
• Commercial proficiency in managing SOWs, change orders, and billable hours.
• Technical depth in APIs, integrations, and deployment pipelines.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with HubSpot and CRM-adjacent financial reporting workflows.
• Familiarity with mobile messaging technology (SMS/MMS/RCS).
• Experience utilizing AI productivity tools such as Claude, Looker AI, or Jira Rovo.
