What you will do
- Manage full-cycle executive searches for C-suite roles and board of directors appointments.
- Develop and execute customized search strategies using market intelligence and professional networks.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on market trends, compensation, and organizational design.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber executive and board-level candidates.
- Conduct rigorous candidate evaluations, including leadership assessments and reference checks.
- Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to internal policies and diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in executive recruitment with a track record of placing C-suite and board members.
- Expertise in Banking, FinTech, or Technology industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia.
- Proficiency with executive search tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and market mapping methodologies.
- CV must be submitted in English to be considered.
Nice to have
- Experience at a retained executive search firm or in-house executive talent acquisition at a major financial institution.
- Existing network of senior leaders and board professionals across Latin America and North America.
- Familiarity with corporate governance frameworks and board composition best practices.
- Additional language proficiency, such as Portuguese.
