Location: Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia with the ability to work remotely.

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle executive searches for C-suite roles and board of directors appointments.
  • Develop and execute customized search strategies using market intelligence and professional networks.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on market trends, compensation, and organizational design.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber executive and board-level candidates.
  • Conduct rigorous candidate evaluations, including leadership assessments and reference checks.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to internal policies and diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in executive recruitment with a track record of placing C-suite and board members.
  • Expertise in Banking, FinTech, or Technology industries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia.
  • Proficiency with executive search tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and market mapping methodologies.
  • CV must be submitted in English to be considered.

Nice to have

  • Experience at a retained executive search firm or in-house executive talent acquisition at a major financial institution.
  • Existing network of senior leaders and board professionals across Latin America and North America.
  • Familiarity with corporate governance frameworks and board composition best practices.
  • Additional language proficiency, such as Portuguese.
