Technical Recruiter (Fintech)

Location: Argentina; full-time remote

hirify.global' Global People Team supports technical hiring across engineering, product, and data organizations.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and data roles from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with engineering leaders to translate technical requirements into sourcing strategies, calibration criteria, and market views.
• Source hard-to-find technical talent through Boolean and X-ray search, GitHub, technical communities, referrals, events, and AI-assisted tools.
• Conduct technical pre-screens, assess technical depth and decision-making, and provide meaningful hiring-manager signals.
• Deliver talent-market intelligence, including competitive mapping, compensation benchmarks, and pipeline forecasts.
• Manage candidate experience, offer negotiation, employer branding, interview design, interviewer training, and onboarding handoffs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 3 years focused on technical roles.
• Fluent English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
• LatAm technical recruiting experience, including Mexico, Colombia, and/or Brazil, is required.
• Technical fluency across backend stacks, platform engineering, product engineering, and data roles.
• Experience closing senior and specialized technical hires in high-growth environments.
• Advanced sourcing, ATS, recruiting analytics, consultative stakeholder-management, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or software companies and startup environments.
• Global recruiting experience and experience in both startup and mid-to-large stable organizations.
• Experience with Lever, Gem, SeekOut, or HireEZ; Lever experience is a plus.
