RELOCATION TO SERBIA / GEORGIA THEN HYBRID | PLATA CARD We are looking for Junior+ Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will join either our Risk orAnalytics hiring stream , supporting the full recruitment cycle while working closely with hiring managers and experienced recruiters who will mentor your growth and development. This role is a great fit for someone who has already taken their first steps in recruitment within a product or tech company, wants to grow their sourcing and interviewing skills, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Challenges that await you:

• Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process within your stream
• Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, GetMatch, and other job boards
• Conducting initial candidate interviews and coordinating the hiring process
• Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
• Partnering with hiring managers and your stream lead to drive hiring decisions
• Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Tracking recruitment metrics and maintaining accurate data in the ATS

What makes you a great fit:

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment
• Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, GetMatch, or similar platforms
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Curiosity and genuine motivation to grow within recruitment
• B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
