Location: Must be based in the United States

Compensation: $180,000–$220,000 USD (On-Target Earnings)

What you will do

  • Own and manage a large portfolio of existing customers, ensuring retention and driving recurring revenue growth.
  • Develop deep understanding of customer business objectives to proactively identify and close expansion opportunities.
  • Lead commercial negotiations including renewals, pricing, and contract management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to ensure customers extract maximum value.
  • Monitor account health and usage data to identify risks and drive predictable revenue.
  • Shape and refine scalable sales playbooks in a fast-evolving, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or account management with ownership of renewals and expansion.
  • Proven track record in complex, consultative enterprise sales within matrixed organizations.
  • Strong ability to manage high-volume commercial paperwork and contract processes.
  • Experience working in high-growth or startup environments with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Excellent communication skills for both business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SaaS, APIs, or developer-focused products.
  • Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based business models.
  • Background working with eCommerce or digital experience platforms.
