Location: Must be based in Boston, MA (On-site, Monday-Friday)

Salary: $123,000 - $154,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage complex, fast-moving calendars for the CEO and CRO with a proactive approach.
  • Oversee intricate domestic and international travel logistics for board meetings and client engagements.
  • Facilitate communication loops between leadership and global teams across different time zones.
  • Capture action items in leadership meetings and help organize executive on-sites and QBRs.
  • Maintain team organization via Slack and track cross-functional deliverables.
  • Partner with the Workplace Experience team to manage the Boston office and organize local events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives, ideally a CEO or GTM/Revenue leader.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Boston, MA (Monday-Friday).
  • Strategic self-starter with the ability to anticipate roadblocks and drive outcomes.
  • High cognitive bandwidth to switch between corporate governance and sales operations.
  • Ability to adapt gracefully to evolving priorities in a high-growth environment.
