What you will do
- Own end-to-end recruiting for technical and GTM positions.
- Build and automate recruiting operations and tooling to optimize workflows.
- Partner with founders to define role requirements, evaluation criteria, and interview processes.
- Source top-tier candidates through unconventional and high-signal channels.
- Support onboarding and develop performance review, leveling, and feedback systems.
Requirements
- Experience hiring for engineering, product, and GTM roles.
- Ability to evaluate candidates via portfolios and projects rather than just resumes.
- Strong technical communication skills to engage credibly with engineering candidates.
- Startup experience in early-stage technology companies.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple pipelines independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Ashby, Juicebox, and Clay.
- Experience with vibe coding and using AI to automate workflows.
- Prior ownership of HR functions or experience evaluating non-traditional candidate profiles.
