Compensation Analyst

Location: United States

Salary: $67,000–$112,926 USD annually for US-based employees; compensation in other locations is competitive for the employee’s home location.

What you will do

• Perform global market benchmarking, job leveling, and ad hoc pricing analyses using Radford/Aon survey data.
• Administer and audit global base pay, incentive, and equity programs, including Workday data, reports, and documentation.
• Support annual merit, bonus, and equity review cycles through system testing, adjustment modeling, budget tracking, and leader workbooks.
• Calculate monthly bonuses, apply proration rules, and prepare verified reports for senior review.
• Advise People Managers, Talent Acquisition, and HRBPs on compensation recommendations, pay bands, and governance guidelines.
• Resolve compensation inquiries, support compliance with pay transparency regulations, and contribute to compensation projects.

Requirements

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, SUMIFS, and logical formulas.
• Ability to build scalable workbooks with self-audits, reconciliation controls, and cross-tab verification.
• Strong analytical, data verification, research, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or Financial Analysis.
• Experience with market survey platforms and focal merit or bonus cycles; Radford experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated discretion and integrity when handling confidential compensation data.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with global compensation practices, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
• Experience with the Workday Compensation module and ServiceNow ticketing.
• Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and total rewards process optimization.
