What you will do
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas by developing targeted sales strategies and regional plans.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create plans that drive revenue growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning Snowflake solutions with their IT roadmaps.
- Qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams.
- Lead Executive and CxO discussions to position Snowflake's value proposition.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to closure and onboarding.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree.
- 5+ years of field sales experience, specifically in data or cloud-related technology.
- 3+ years of experience generating new business within Retail & CPG Enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record of pipeline development and quota achievement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level relationship management skills.
- Must be based in Germany.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
- Experience selling software or cloud-based applications to Enterprise clients.
