What you will do

• Manage the full sale cycle, including consignment agreements, terms of sale, and contract tracking.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Shipping departments to ensure all due diligence and documentation requirements are met.
• Facilitate inbound shipments, export licenses, and customs clearance for property.
• Address client enquiries and resolve issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Coordinate property movement for authentication, photography, and restoration services.
• Process post-auction transactions, including account adjustments and unsold property returns.

Requirements

• Must be based in London
• 3+ years of experience in business administration or client service.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP or similar systems.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and meet challenging deadlines under pressure.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
