Location: Must be based in Luxembourg, London, Munich, Paris, Milan, or Madrid. This is a 18-month fixed-term contract.

What you will do

• Drive network performance improvements across quality, speed, and cost metrics.
• Partner with first and middle-mile stakeholders and operational teams to implement network initiatives.
• Develop and deploy speed initiatives to improve customer order cut-offs and overall experience.
• Identify and implement design and process solutions to remove pipeline defects.
• Manage cross-functional resource allocation and secure approvals from senior leadership.
• Communicate network performance, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) required.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or data administration.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA).
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to build measures, metrics, and reporting solutions.
