What you will do

• Lead the fleet operations team and manage the London warehouse to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Supervise team performance and foster a sense of teamwork and belonging across the warehouse.
• Plan and structure field and warehouse workflows, including shift planning and SOP implementation.
• Oversee hands-on maintenance and repairs to extend vehicle lifetime and minimize operational costs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for 3PLs, landlords, and staffing agencies.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to screen, interview, and onboard new team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in logistics or operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing large teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite, ERP systems, and data tools such as Tableau.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Valid UK driver's license.
