What you will do

• Prepare shipping paperwork and commercial invoices for international shipments.
• Process shipments through various customer portals.
• Coordinate with transport agents to ensure timely delivery.
• Interact with material controllers and production staff to manage daily logistics priorities.
• Accurately record all stock movements and maintain inventory data.
• Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, and environmental legislation.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Wolverhampton, UK.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance.
• Proven experience in logistics and manufacturing processes.
• Strong computer literacy and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly across departments.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace following 5S principles.
