What you will do

• Collaborate with the UK Operations Team and external 3PLs to maintain high service levels at optimum cost.
• Monitor warehouse storage utilization and ensure efficient product placement for outbound deliveries.
• Deliver strategic and transformational projects using project management methodologies such as Prince II.
• Manage logistics initiatives including opening new warehouses, provider selection, and IT implementations.
• Develop and review KPIs across distribution and finance functions.
• Partner with inventory and NPD teams to improve inventory management, damages handling, and SOPs.

Requirements

• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced logistical environment.
• Deep knowledge of warehouse and transport operations.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to develop business cases based on hard data.
• Experience in B2B and D2C logistics marketplaces is highly desirable.
