Transport Manager (Chemical Distribution)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day customer deliveries from delivery planning through successful completion.
• Lead a small operational driver team and provide direction, support, and performance feedback.
• Ensure operational safety, regulatory compliance, and agreed service targets are met.
• Manage delivery failures, equipment requirements, driver engagement, and improvement actions.
• Operate within agreed budgets and support relevant performance analysis.
• Support and deputise for the site Operations Manager while sharing best practices across the transport network.

Requirements

• Current residence in the UK and the right to work in the UK are required.
• Driving licence.
• Driver CPC and Transport Manager CPC.
• Commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service.
