What you will do

• Manage day-to-day delivery operations and operational driver teams.
• Ensure all safety and compliance targets are strictly met.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer delivery process from planning to completion.
• Monitor and review driver performance against agreed objectives.
• Manage delivery failures and implement plans to reduce them.
• Support the site Operations Manager and deputise when necessary.

Requirements

• Must be a UK resident with the right to work in the UK
• Valid Driving Licence
• Driver CPC and Transport Manager CPC certifications
