What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Management to translate market requirements into actionable technical work items for Architects, Engineers, and QA.
• Execute the product vision through the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure all program goals are met.
• Act as a Scrum Master for multiple teams, managing daily plans, estimates, and delivery schedules.
• Identify resource conflicts and facilitate course corrections to maintain key project milestones.
• Coordinate Release Management to schedule and drive software releases across various environments.
• Provide stakeholders with timely updates on project status, risks, and issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Sandy, UT, USA.
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project leadership within cross-functional environments.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a key SDLC role and demonstrated success launching products.
• Deep experience with Agile/Scrum and other modern development methodologies.
• Strong technical background in communications, telephony, hosted solutions, or contact center fields.

• Knowledge of user acceptance (UAT), regression, and integration testing.
