What you will do

• Monitor work-in-progress and communicate schedule changes due to delays or material shortages.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement solutions to ensure on-time delivery.
• Orchestrate communication between engineering, procurement, quality, and maintenance departments.
• Track and report production status to the Planning Manager.
• Generate weekly production reports and document historical data.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be based in Jacksonville, FL and able to work 100% in-office.
• Must be available for second shift hours (3:00pm - 11:30pm EST).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Understanding of ERP system workflows.
