What you will do

• Purchase raw materials, fabricated components, and specialized machinery parts based on production schedules.
• Source, evaluate, and manage global suppliers for custom and off-the-shelf components.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and contract conditions to ensure best value and long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure components meet technical specifications.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including single-source dependencies and material shortages.
• Manage procurement for new product introductions (NPI) and prototype components.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Ability to read technical drawings, BOMs, and understand engineering change orders (ECOs).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using ERP systems.
• Must be based in the US; work authorization or sponsorship is not provided.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP Infor LN.
• Background in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, RoHS, and REACH compliance.
• Experience implementing and managing VMI programs.
