What you will do

• Drive social commerce growth by scaling affiliate and performance-based creator partnerships.
• Execute campaigns that connect social engagement directly to conversion and sales.
• Manage affiliate platforms including TikTok Shop, Amazon Associates, LTK, Awin, and Impact.
• Collaborate with commercial, retail, and social teams to align activities with business objectives.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to build reporting dashboards and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and refine scalable social commerce playbooks for the Spanish and Italian markets.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in social commerce, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing.
• Native Spanish speaker with strong English proficiency.
• Italian language skills are a strong advantage.
• Analytical mindset with experience using creator commerce tools and performance tracking.
