What you will do

  • Manage the full media mix, including Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, AppLovin, and SDK/vertical networks.
  • Own acquisition performance analysis to optimize for retention and LTV-based targets rather than simple installs.
  • Translate performance data into actionable hypotheses and briefs for the in-house creative team.
  • Expand affiliate and CPA channels, managing publisher recruitment, tracking, and payout economics.
  • Explore organic growth levers including ASO, search discovery, and referral programs.
  • Implement and optimize AI tools to automate repetitive campaign management tasks.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in mobile user acquisition.
  • Deep expertise in Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and rewarded ad networks.
  • Proven experience with both gaming and non-gaming (health/wellness) apps.
  • Experience with IAP-driven UA and CPA/affiliate tracking setup.
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency with MMP and BI tools.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Barcelona.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling growth marketing for subscription-based mobile apps.
  • Knowledge of web-to-app campaigns, landing page optimization, and funnel testing.
  • Experience running influencer marketing campaigns and sourcing creators.
