What you will do

• Design, lead, and optimize UA campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, and DSPs.
• Conduct detailed performance analyses and run A/B tests on creative and targeting strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Perform competitive research and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Develop and analyze critical metrics to measure the success of marketing efforts.
• Provide creative copy suggestions and innovative advert ideas to improve campaign performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition, preferably within the gaming industry.
• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience working with measurement partners and tools such as SKAN and Payback.
• Highly analytical, self-motivated, and data-driven approach.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in Barcelona on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.
