What you will do

• Develop and execute procurement plans for all raw materials to support production schedules.
• Manage inventory levels, including stocking programs and consignment plans.
• Utilize SAP to input data, manage tags, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Collaborate with warehouse leaders to resolve stocking variances and implement effective FIFO systems.
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure purchase order accuracy and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist in the management of obsolete or nonconforming materials.

Requirements

• Must be based in Lawrenceburg, KY
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience in a planning role.
• Fluent in SAP applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills for frequent interaction with suppliers and internal production teams.
• High School/GED Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
