What you will do

• Coordinate and expedite material flow between departments to ensure production deadlines are met.
• Review material status for project readiness and manage delivery dates with vendors and buyers.
• Track material shortages and maintain comprehensive reports with resolution statuses.
• Update status and ETAs in the ERP system to provide visibility to downstream processes.
• Manage material borrows between projects and verify all ship-loose items prior to project shipment.
• Perform root cause analysis for material shortages and research invoice discrepancies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in planning, production, inventory, or expediting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MRP/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Must be based in Dallas, Texas.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and wear PPE on the production floor.
