What you will do

• Manage inventory, provide customer support, and act as a liaison for customers and suppliers.
• Oversee the entire order lifecycle, including processing purchase and sales orders.
• Coordinate shipment transportation with external carriers and validate shipment paperwork.
• Perform inventory control, planning, and reconciliation in coordination with Product Management.
• Investigate and resolve non-conformances, claims, and supplier invoices.
• Complete end-of-month reporting, invoicing, and maintain archives in accordance with ISO 9001.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or planning.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with a preference for SAP or S/4HANA.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience in chemical distribution or manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Exposure to global or international supply chain operations is strongly preferred.
