What you will do

  • Own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Identify and engage high-value brands and decision-makers aligned with agency capabilities.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to shape proposals, concepts, and campaign strategies.
  • Manage and track activity, pipeline, and client interactions within the CRM.
  • Analyze and optimize outreach strategies to improve conversion and revenue outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or agency growth roles.
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting and closing new business.
  • Experience selling marketing, media, creative, or digital solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and leadership teams.
