What you will do
- Own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Identify and engage high-value brands and decision-makers aligned with agency capabilities.
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals, challenges, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the creative team to shape proposals, concepts, and campaign strategies.
- Manage and track activity, pipeline, and client interactions within the CRM.
- Analyze and optimize outreach strategies to improve conversion and revenue outcomes.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or agency growth roles.
- Proven track record in outbound prospecting and closing new business.
- Experience selling marketing, media, creative, or digital solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Strong communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and leadership teams.
