TL;DR

Account Development Representative (Portuguese & Spanish): Uncovering business needs and building a sales pipeline for Strategic & Enterprise Accounts with an accent on consultative engagement and lead qualification. Focus on strategic targeting, identifying key contacts, and educating prospects on product value.

Location: Must live in Boston, MA, San Francisco Bay Area, or Austin, TX and be willing to go into the office 1-2 times per week. The company embraces a hybrid work model, with employees expected to come into the office 3 days a week in specified office locations.

Salary: $75,000 to $95,000 OTE plus a competitive equity package

What you will do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and generate new and expansion business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed strategic goals by engaging with qualified leads and advancing the sales cycle.
  • Qualify opportunities by understanding business challenges and educating on product value through consultative engagement.
  • Conduct detailed research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical information.
  • Become proficient in sales prospecting platforms and tools.
  • Update lead status and all prospect interactions daily in the CRM application.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
  • Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
  • Proficient with standard productivity tools.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced sales environment with creativity.
  • Must live in Boston, MA, San Francisco Bay Area, or Austin, TX.
