What you will do

• Translate business requirements, customer journeys, and GTM strategies into technical solutions using HubSpot and Clay.
• Design, build, and optimize CRM architecture, workflows, integrations, and connected data systems.
• Build enrichment, segmentation, routing, scoring, and lifecycle automation for revenue operations.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot technical challenges, and improve data quality and governance.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Content, and Delivery specialists to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution of technical standards, best practices, and reusable solution frameworks.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Systems, MarTech, CRM Administration, or Revenue Operations.
• Advanced HubSpot experience and working knowledge of Clay are required.
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable CRM architectures and automation workflows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical execution and troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
• Experience working in fast-paced consulting, agency, or SaaS environments.
