Salary: $110,000 - $120,000

What you will do

• Lead client discovery sessions to translate business goals into technical GTM solutions.
• Develop multi-layered Clay workflows using enrichment providers, intent signals, and custom data sources.
• Design AI-powered automation and agent workflows for research, personalization, and qualification.
• Integrate HubSpot or Salesforce CRMs with outbound tools and data sources.
• Build and manage system connections using Zapier and n8n to eliminate manual processes.
• Run experiments and scale successful GTM motions across various industries.

Requirements

• Must be a Clay power user (enrichment waterfalls, API integrations, Claygent).
• Must reside in the U.S.
• AI-first mindset with experience wiring models like Claude into real workflows.
• Deep working knowledge of HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Zapier and/or n8n for reliable workflow automation.
• Experience with GTM tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Nice to have

• Experience working at a Clay agency or GTM consulting firm.
• SQL skills for data manipulation and reporting.
• Light scripting capabilities in Python or JavaScript.
• Active participation in GTM engineering communities.
