What you will do

• Lead cross-functional supply chain transformation engagements across planning, IBP, logistics, and fulfillment.
• Define and prioritize AI use cases with quantified value cases tied to executive priorities.
• Drive revenue generation through go-to-market strategy, deal closure, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Design target operating models integrating data, analytics, and automation with clear governance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to VP and C-suite client stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team, ensuring delivery quality and professional development.

Requirements

• 12+ years in end-to-end supply chain transformation, including 7+ years in consulting.
• Proven business development track record in pipeline creation and revenue delivery.
• Deep domain expertise in IBP, demand/supply planning, logistics, and inventory optimization.
• Experience designing and delivering Agentic AI solutions within the supply chain ecosystem.
• Executive communication skills with the ability to translate AI concepts for board-level decisions.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with major planning/AI platforms like SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, or Blue Yonder.
• Experience building alliances across supply chain, data, and AI platforms.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI adoption, and regulatory standards.
