Consultant - Supply Chain Advisory Services (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; travel 61–80% within the US is required

Salary: $72,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Work with engagement teams to identify client needs, issues, hypotheses, and project objectives.
• Obtain data, lead or oversee analyses, interpret findings, and develop evidence-based conclusions and recommendations.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other deliverables for client audiences.
• Support implementation of recommended improvements and execute project plans according to engagement statements of work.
• Build and maintain dynamic data models using hirify.global and client datasets.
• Standardize and automate client deliverables and internal tools, including troubleshooting Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, and Excel analyses.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of applicable work experience.
• High school education required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Ability to perform data analysis, interpret findings, prepare presentations, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines, make independent decisions, and work collaboratively.
• Ability to work remotely while traveling 61–80% within the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, business, or finance and an interest in healthcare performance management.
• Experience with complex healthcare datasets, data visualization, qualitative and quantitative validation, and strategic problem-solving.
• Knowledge of R, Python, SAS, Matlab, advanced Excel, Tableau, or business intelligence tools.
• Lean process improvement or Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Awareness of market trends, competitor activity, negotiation, networking, risk management, and client development.
