What you will do

• Collaborate with engagement teams to determine client needs and form strategic recommendations.
• Lead data analysis, interpretation, and the production of client-facing deliverables.
• Participate in client interviews and synthesize observations into actionable insights.
• Assist in the implementation of recommended performance improvements.
• Build and maintain dynamic data models and standardize client deliverables.
• Troubleshoot analytical tools including Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, and Excel models.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US and able to travel 61-80% domestically.
• 2+ years of applicable professional experience.
• High School diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data validation and interpretation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences in person and electronically.
• Demonstrated capability to lead projects and show measurable value.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, business, or finance.
• Proficiency in statistical tools (R, Python, SAS, Matlab).
• Lean Process Improvement or Six Sigma Green/Black belt certification.
• Experience with Tableau and Business Intelligence platforms.
