Salary: $108,000 - $148,500

What you will do
- Facilitate deal velocity by managing requests and escalations from the sales team while adhering to business standards.
- Oversee contract management, including agreement structures, pricing, and clause management in partnership with Legal.
- Lead the transition and migration of contract information into Salesforce and billing systems to ensure data integrity.
- Develop and implement pricing and discounting frameworks, including margin analysis and product bundling strategies.
- Identify deal bottlenecks and translate sales needs into actionable system solutions.
- Communicate pricing analysis and contracting approaches to internal stakeholders to ensure business synchronization.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Pricing.
- Prior experience in the SaaS or tech industry.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce (CPQ/RevCloud exposure preferred) and Excel.
- Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex analyses and implement structural recommendations in cross-functional environments.
