Salary: Base $58,100 - $97,963.60; OTE $120,000

What you will do

  • Drive sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics.
  • Partner with field sales counterparts, including Account Executives and SEs, to penetrate new accounts.
  • Manage and execute outbound and inbound sequences to convert leads into opportunities.
  • Maximize revenue in target accounts by delivering a positive customer experience using the hirify.global sales model.
  • Utilize a digital tech stack including LinkedIn, 6Sense, Outreach, and ZoomInfo to uncover corporate insights.
  • Independently close small deals and achieve funnel and pipeline targets.

Requirements

  • Must live in Austin (hybrid), Chicago, or the DC area.
  • Current experience in Enterprise Software Sales in an ISR-type role.
  • Proven experience upselling and closing small deals.
  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in SLED/Public sector is preferred.
