Location: Remote (Must be based in Canada; occasional mandatory travel to Newfoundland twice per year)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end deal desk operations from quote to signed contract.
• Design and implement a repeatable quote-to-contract workflow to eliminate manual data entry.
• Centralize and govern order forms and legal document templates as a single source of truth.
• Establish a structured collaboration process between Deal Desk and Legal for deal reviews and exceptions.
• Co-own legal templates to balance closing speed with risk management.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in deal desk or sales operations within a SaaS company.
• Proven track record of standing up a deal desk function from scratch.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or a strong willingness to become proficient quickly.
• Ability to partner effectively with Legal and Finance teams.
• Strong process-oriented mindset focused on systemic fixes rather than temporary patches.
