TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Driving new business growth for financial and practice management solutions within the legal sector with an accent on consultative sales and complex multi-stakeholder deal management. Focus on identifying opportunities, articulating ROI, and building trusted relationships with C-suite executives at major law firms.

Location: Must be based in the Greater New York / Northeast region of the US and available for 25–50% travel. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided).

Salary: $103,500–$115,000 base + variable component.

What you will do

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by acquiring new customers across U.S. and Canadian territories.
  • Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to close.
  • Engage with attorneys, finance leaders, and C-suite executives to demonstrate platform value.
  • Partner with marketing and pre-sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and performance forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business objectives and challenges.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Greater New York / Northeast region of the US.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship).
  • 3–5 years of experience in selling SaaS ERP, financial, or practice management solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas in cloud-based software sales.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals and self-generating leads.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales enablement tools.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience selling to law firms or professional services organizations.
