Location: Must be based in the United States in the Eastern or Central time zone.

Salary: Up to $140,000 + 10% bonus + equity

What you will do

• Create and manage quotes, order forms, and amendments in CPQ within established SLAs.
• Drive deals through the approval matrix to ensure low cycle times.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Sales reps regarding pricing, packaging, and process inquiries.
• Maintain deal hygiene and data accuracy within Salesforce.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Sales to execute both standard and non-standard deals.
• Support the improvement of CPQ tooling and associated workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States in the Eastern or Central time zone.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• 3–4 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or order management within B2B SaaS.
• Proficiency with CPQ and quote-to-cash processes (Salesforce, DealHub, or similar).
• Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Understanding of SaaS business models, subscription pricing, and revenue recognition.
