What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through closing, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Act as the primary interface for clients, managing expectations, communications, and long-term relationships.
• Coordinate internal teams, including engineering, CAD, and programming, as well as external subcontractors.
• Perform field verification of work sites and document potential issues or solutions.
• Monitor labor, equipment, and material budgets while ensuring timely and accurate billing.
• Facilitate design reviews, system programming, and final project turnover to clients and service departments.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area.
• 3+ years of experience as a project manager in audio/video systems or commercial construction.
• Familiarity with low voltage electrical projects and AV installation processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to resolve complex technical and interpersonal conflicts.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally (70-90% of the time) and occasionally by air.
• Ability to perform physical tasks on construction sites, including climbing ladders and lifting up to 20 lbs.
